I noticed I’d feel super hungry after just eating yogurt (50) and fruit (40), so I added some cereals and sometimes cut up some protein bars for extra protein and fullness 🩵 Cereals I usually added: 20g bran flakes - 52 cals 20g weetabix - 70 cals 20g fibre flakes - 60 cals

Konjac noodles make me feel SICK but I found something even better! Veg noodles! For an entire pack: Pumpkin - 56 cals Cauliflower - 120 cals Topped with any low cal dressing, fat free cottage cheese and veggies, and you have a perfect satisfying meal! 🥦🍝

During the depths of my ed I’d look at other girls my age at the store, and subconsciously feel proud that my upper arms were smaller. Then I’d go home and eat celery, and play food polls while they had movies nights with their friends, eating popcorn and making memories.

An entire tub of fat free cottage cheese is usually 100-200 calories. It is SO DAMN FILLING and SO HIGH IN PROTEIN You can add seasonings for savoury, or sweetener for sweet 🫶🏻 Personally the best combo is sweet chunky cottage cheese with a pink lady apples 🍎

It has the same ingredients as my yogurt bowls but for some reason it lasts longer, especially when eaten out of a plastic container😵‍💫 Simply mix 100g fat free yogurt with 20g cereal of choice and leave overnight Add toppings of choice in the morning🫐🍓
