Ive been seeing a lot of regular people talking about the Hart Celler Act recently. I only ever heard of this act about 8 months ago myself. Why did we never learn about this? It’s a huge part of our history.

What if I told you that this Somali owned “daycare” is in a 950 sq ft house, has a licensed capacity of 6, and was paid $47,015 in Nov 2025 by WA CYF? What if I told you they’ve been paid $192,611 in the last 5 months? That’s $6,420/mo per child at max capacity over 5 months.

Just went to four Somali run home daycare centers in Federal Way, WA that receive taxpayer subsidies. Just like @nickshirleyy found in MN- there were no children and no one willing to chat with this reporter. They threatened me with police. @waDCYF wants information forwarded.
