We are very sorry for the wait, again and again and again. Don’t be sorry just get the right number of people answering the phones.
@SagaUK why do I wait 20 minutes then get asked to do a phone survey and then get cut off after 20 minutes and nobody to talk to. Bad enough that insurance has more than double but your service is just shocking 😮

Dear @Qantas we haven’t booked with you so don’t keep messaging saying flights have changed. Utterly dreadful and nobody has a clue what they’re doing.
So nobody from @Qantas could be bothered to contact me or follow up. So all booked with @cathaypacificUK instead. @Qantas you are dreadful.

@Qantas and now I get a £40 roaming charge as you called me back as your phone system kept cutting out - just appalling experience.

Finally arrived …….
@JohnLewisRetail @johnlewishelp so didn’t get reward card vouchers £110 (points redeemed 10 Feb) told lost in post. Told to be resent (10 March) still nothing. New Day tried to help but nobody at John Lewis able to help….nobody knows if they have been sent - awful service.

Still nothing from the utter shambles which is @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp - should be totally stripped of their licence to deliver letters as they don’t do it and they simply don’t care.
@RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp it’s bad enough you can’t deliver a letter in two months but even worse you don’t respond to messages - just shocking service
