For a Kenyan earning kes 1m, total tax is kes 341k(34%). For a Chinese earning kes 1.58m(the purchasing power equivalent of 1m) their tax is kes 468k(29%). Not only is tax less in China, they also get to see a corrupt politician hanging from a guillotine every public holiday.
