Excited to share that I submitted my PhD thesis today, and that I have accepted a Research Fellow post at the Institute for Mental Health, University of Birmingham. I will be joining an incredible team, exploring mental health help-seeking among care experienced youth.

The suggestion in the equality impact assessment that lesbian, gay, and bisexual people should use gender neutral toilets in case there is a public perception about their sex/gender identity is extremely concerning. But, we were warned. Transphobia is a danger to all women.
IT GETS WORSE. The equality impact assessment ALSO says lesbian gay and bisexual people should use gender neutral facilities if anyone objects to them using a gendered facility making them feel unsafe. What the flying F**K?.Are they TRYING to get sued?.
