This milestone represents so much of what has propelled @Wharton as a business education pioneer. It would not be possible without the extraordinary vision & generosity of Dr. Bruce I. Jacobs, who extended his decades-long commitment to advancing financial education & research.

Today we turn a new page in @Wharton's 144-year history. The Dr. Bruce I. Jacobs Master of Science in Quantitative Finance (MSQF) program marks our first new degree offering in 50 years – and signals both where the finance industry is headed and how we intend to lead its future.

This back-to-school season, I want students to focus on the power of listening. Here's part of what I shared with @Wharton students in welcoming them to campus at orientations this year. You lead not only by what you're prepared to say, but also by what you're willing to hear.

I loved Peter's simple framing for what it means to feel valued at work. There are few, if any, people more equipped to explore the issues surrounding the workplace than him. I've learned so much from sitting down with @Wharton faculty as part of this @WhartonKnows series.

When we launched @WhartonAIAI last year, I kept coming back to this: Over its 150-year history, @Wharton has consistently met the moment. This is yet another example. I have no doubt that our faculty, students, and alumni will further cement Wharton as THE place to study AI.
