@lululemon No proactive communication and no one was going to process a refund until I waited 3+ hours on live chat to find out what was going on. Bogus. A LOT was lost in this customer interaction that could have been mitigated.

@lululemon 2/2: "In this situation, we wait 2-6 business days to see if the courier will deliver the package even though the package was not scanned. And your particular item is now sold out".

@lululemon And the update 1/2: magically someone finally got back to me to share that "Your package was shipped but the courier either didn't pick it up or they didn't scan it. As a result of that, the package was lost.

Dear @lululemon, I understand you're updating support systems, but i've been trying to reach you for 3+ days waiting on live chat for 2+ hours each day or calling with 55+ min wait times. My order is over 1 month late arriving & tracking gives no details. Grrr!!! PLEASE help!
