That's the current ministers for government relations/labour relations (McMorris), Advanced education (Wyant), Crown Investments Corporation (Duncan) and the deputy premier/minister of finance (Harpauer) out as Sask Party heads into this year's provincial election

Taking a very public stance against searching the landfill for the bodies of missing indigenous women is definitely up there on the list of “worst things a Canadian political party has ever done”

it’s provincial election time! that wonderful time when parties compete for our votes by articulating their best ideas and vision for better future Manitoba PCs: “we will definitely make sure two Indigenous murder victims remain in the dump”

Today SK Ed. Minister Duncan shrugged off the 3000+ people at Saturday's rally, telling @SLangeneggerCBC it was mostly union members. 1. Union members are parents too, and 2. I've been to many union rallies in SK and have never seen one that big. Ignore them at your peril.

Former Sask Party MLA, cabinet minister and speaker Mark Docherty brought some 🔥 on this weeks eppy of the @theskooppodcast ahead of the byelection for his vacant seat and the NDP are, understandably, making some hay with it.

I’ve been a party member for 13 years and I can’t remember a time when SUMA and SARM came to a convention. The big stakeholders in our province are starting to listen and open up to working with the SK NDP. This is a big shift.

This is interesting. Six months after the Sask Party used the notwithstanding clause to take away the charter rights of children, a majority of SK residents disagree with the law. A sign the gov. took things too far/people are tired of their stupid games.

I really don’t want to weigh in on this again, but to blame this on a Junior employee is frankly inexcusable. In the end, the Buck stops with Senior Management. They did a full, public launch of these slogans. If they claim they didn’t know, that’s on them.

An independent review of the failed Experience Regina rebrand says a junior employee approved sexualized slogans before senior management could vet them.

No kids are doing anything life altering in schools without parental consent, ever. It’snot happening. The current moral panic we’re experiencing is deeply rooted in homophobia and transphobia, and conservative politicians are exploiting it to distract us from their own failures.

Also, never forget that Don McMorris was caught driving a government vehicle in a construction zone four times over the legal limit while a cabinet minister and the Sask Party just…let him come back with no real consequence. Corrupt and criminal government through and through.

Here is Mr. McMorris accusing the NDP of wanting to take corporate money out of Saskatchewan politics. They even want to take out of province money out of SK politics. Can you imagine ending the gravy train for our politicians?

Saskatchewan is the last province that allows unlimited unchecked donations from corporations to political parties. They’ll keep it that way forever, because that’s who they answer to their corporate bosses not Saskatchewan people

These new rules, because of what amounted to a 30 minute disruption, are undemocratic and exactly what was warned about when security became directed by the govt. Note to the Sask. Party, the building belongs to the people of this province, not you!

Scott Moe is a man who is so afraid of losing support to a growing faction of the right that he’s standing with people pissing on war memorials, shouting racist slurs, and displaying fascist symbols. Instead of condemning them, he wrote a letter of congratulations. He’s unwell.
