1/ Hedge fund rankings shuffled in HSBC’s latest scorecard. RPD Opportunity Fund surged from 9th to 3rd after a 10% jump, while Equitile Resilience climbed into the top 5. Alken Capital still leads with a massive 62% YTD return.

It's actually worse than that. Because of sunk-cost bias, graduates are now reluctant to accept jobs which do not require a degree. Consequently a qualification may actually be limiting not increasing opportunity.
"In 1990, 9% of administrative professionals had bachelor’s degrees; today, 33% do...especially egregious in state and local governments, where 63% of those earning $40K-$60K have bachelor’s degrees...Only 28% of such earners in the private sector do"
