While an EO that calls for a "pause" on all construction on day one of @POTUS admin is positive, it does not mean that the border wall is over. We need contracts canceled, stop/reverse land seizures, tear down existing wall, land reparations. Still more to do #NotAnotherFoot.
So the Border Wall Proclamation is posted. Somewhat encouraging, but this does NOT automatically halt all construction. It's full of dangerous loopholes. Depending on what the new Admin does with it, construction may continue even during the "pause".
