Congress must revoke executive power to dismiss local state and federal laws, created to protect cultural heritage sites, habitats and access to clean air and water, for construction purposes. Are we fronterizos second class citizens? This would never happen in, say Boston.
The Kumeyaay shouldn't have to put their lives at risk during a pandemic in order to prevent the desecration of an ancestral burial site. For a pointless border wall. We should all be outraged this is happening at our border right now.
