This is so on point. I feel like we've had headwinds for so long in this industry, that many are trying to build from a lowered mental / emotional state. Important to remember to find ways to lift ourselves up to get back to building with clarity & purpose!

Easy… @onepeloton is an absolute value play if you can get your ass in gear. The library is massive and goes everywhere. When I do the math vs gym or classes, it’s unrivaled.
