1/ The International Youth Week is upon us and the young people of Kenya are facing a challenging reality with very little to celebrate. Startling statistics published by The Daily Nation shed light on the daunting unemployment pandemic that is hitting young people the hardest.
31% of civil servants are aged between 50 and 59 and another 30% is aged 40-49yrs.
Almost a third of the civil service will leave in the next 10yrs.
This program intends to turn this potential staffing crisis into a dividend by taping the youth.
