The commission that oversees voting in the swing state has deadlocked along party lines this year on a record number of key issues, resulting in inconsistency, turmoil, and delays.
"I would be delighted to see this commission actually function," says the chair of the Wisconsin Elections Commission, nearly two hours into a meeting in which commission members can't agree on the state's recount manual or how to certify election results.

My latest: The Trump campaign's pressure on GA Sec. of State started in Jan., when they asked him to endorse and he declined. They didn't stop asking. In one meeting, a Trump campaign official told staffers: "We'll see how helpful you are in November."
