Govt’s counsel says there was no advantage to be had by being in the PPE VIP lane. Which rather begs the question why have one? The take-home message from @EveryDoctorUK’s case v @MattHancock = contracts for contacts who provided huge quantities of unsafe PPE we couldn’t use.
