I think WordPress devs should challenge the notion that plug-ins are derivative works (and, therefore, must use GPL). I'm not sure I agree on this legally. If you create a plug-in, you have created a new work. Yes, its usefulness is limited, but you did *not* take code. .

I'm trying to allow an MSIX bundle to run and install. I thought I added the publisher to AppLocker. When I run the MSIX bundle, it installs the package and immediately shows an AppLocker block message. But the program is actually installed. But AppLocker blocks.
