The @UPS @UPSHelp saga continues. I’ve now had a demand from a debt collection agency for the bill I never received. But can I actually speak to anyone at UPS? Fat chance. What an absolute shower.

Anyone else going round in endless circles with @UPSHelp Can’t just be me. Bill for late payment (no original bill for payment) arrived in May and I’ve been failing to get any actual explanation ever since never mind a conclusion. And it’s only got more complicated since. Arg.
