if you're not already committed to the workflow of a specific DAW, Reaper is well worth a look. Even with this £30 training, it costs a fraction of subscription-based software such as Audition or ProTools.

the intro and back-anno to this piece were recorded on an iPhone, the body of the piece on an expensive large diaphragm condenser mic. Can you tell the difference?

audio production friends... just noticed my favourite delay VST is currently $29, down from $149. The 'smear' and 'duck' parameters are so, so useful, especially if you work with speech.
