We are delighted to start the New Year with news that construction of the Scala Arts Centre is due to start shortly. The project will see the historic Scala Cinema building restored and reconfigured as a major new cultural facility for Worcester. https://t.co/LeAXKvGjTy

I wrote a sister article to "I Am of Mud and Flame: Landscapes as Conjurors in British Folk Horror" that was published over at Vague Visages. Below is a link to my "Top 10 ‘A Ghost Story for Christmas’ Films"! https://t.co/Xj6U6NseDx

A Ghost Story for Christmas has been such a classic tradition on British television that someone else would find them strange.

The Robin screening tonight (6-10pm) in Bristol at the PRSC, hosted by The Loovre. The exhibition explores notions of ritual and ceremony as an end of year celebration. Great to have The Robin back in Bristol!

Great to share that my film, The Robin, will be screening in Budapest today as part of Art Weekend Budapest. The Robin will screen alongside a range of short film and video art that reflect on the theme of Movement, be it the passage of time, performance, or physical gestures.

Loved the 'More than a Nail Man' talk at Canterbury Cathedral regarding Antony Gormley's 'Transport' that hangs on a single wire in the Eastern Crypt and made up of nails formerly of the Cathedral's roof.

Photograph I took at Beales Corner in my hometown, an area currently under flood defence renovation. One of the only images I've taken that I actually like. Love the sweeping road, the natural bend of the buildings, the autumnal colours akin to a Benjamin Williams Leader.
