This was a really tough project with a ton of new techniques including RNAseq, mutant generation and sequencing to elucidate mechanism and possible resistance at the in vitro and in vivo level - Axia prevailed & put together a comprehensive story that took 3 years to develop. 2/2

We are generally in the “bespoke chelator camp”, but here we find that a small amount of angular flexibility of one donor arm, combined with a restrictive ternary ligand pocket makes for a fully structurally homologous radiochelate.
