I'm experimenting with creating the best possible technical video explainer of attention, but in two modes ⬛ Hyperactive dark mode ⬜ Slower-paced light mode which do you prefer?

GSPO is everywhere. It powers Qwen3. It "fixes" GRPO. But what is it? We made a simple visual explanation. No jargon, no ML background needed. πŸ‘‡

i'm permanently replacing adobe in my workflow i made this video entirely with code, mostly vibe coding, using my own ECS game engine that's built on three.js it also doubles as an interactive visualization! written version coming soon

AI agents aren't magicπŸͺ„πŸ™…β€β™‚οΈ. They're language models trained to predict very specific text. When ChatGPT says πŸ”"searching..." it's generating structured text that triggers actual tools. Here's what's really happening πŸ‘‡

what do I actually mean by vibe coding? I mean using AI as a high-level programming languages. like other high-level languages, this: 1. benefits from an understanding of what's going on underneath 2. but doesn't strictly require it

🧠 What if many mental health treatments are managing symptoms β€” not fixing the root cause? I used to be the CEO of a unicorn valuation mental-health company. I’ve seen what works β€” and what doesn’t β€” at massive scale:

there's still a TON that can be done to make it better: 1. basically all the engine features (e.g. those Roblox has) 2. improving the AI guidance systems to provide beginners with a better experience

so does it work? yes kind of. it works really well for what the game engine supports (i.e. basic physics/rendering), but struggles with anything not implement (interaction, inventory, combat, etc.) you can try it yourself:

The Solution: VibeGame combine the best of both Roblox and web: βœ… High abstraction level with built-in player, controls, etc. (like Roblox) βœ… Native web stack, which is extremely well-trained-on βœ… ECS architecture to coerce the project to remain well-structured as it grows

Web βœ… Excellent AI performance (extremely prevalent training data) βœ… Excellent transparency (open source, linter, playwright, testable) 🚫 Low-level libraries for 3D, essentially requires building the engine before the game

Unity (via unofficial Unity MCP) 😐 More transparent than Roblox 🚫 Too many ways to do everything, poor AI performance without significant user guidance 🚫 A bit low-level, context grows quickly

Roblox (via official Roblox MCP) βœ… Excellent abstraction level βœ… Decent AI performance 🚫 Very opaque, no realtime context

step 2. what is already out there? AI ideally needs a high abstraction level, well-defined (i.e. prevalent in training data) patterns, and context transparency (e.g. docs, linter feedback, testability) I started off trying 3 platforms to see how they do: Roblox, Unity, and Web

step 1. context management prompt the model to manage its own context across conversations: 1. load context at the beginning of conversations 2. update context at the end of conversations 3. keep conversations short this avoids context rot as the project grows

I made a vibe coding game engine the problem: people are trying to vibe code games. it kind of works at first, but as the project grows, things begin to fall apart why? and what can we do about it? ‡️ step 1.
