Been trying to join @OVOEnergy SEG Tariff for 6 months. Sent all requested documentation multiple times & raised 2 formal complaints (OVO have no record of these). Just cut off again while raising a 3rd. Terrible customer experience. Only option is to raise issue with @ofgem
