Hi @williamssonoma, @WestElm sold me outdoor pillows (still on your site) that fell apart after one summer. Store said “30-day policy.” No help. Social team asked me to DM—then ghosted me when I explained I bought them in-store. Is this really your standard for quality & service?

Disappointed in @WestElm. Bought 2 "durable" outdoor pillows last year. After 1 season & careful garage storage, they’re now shedding fibers all over our clothes. Manager cited a 30-day policy and showed no real concern. Poor product. Poor service. #CustomerServiceFail #WestElm
