In this context, it is a matter of pride that the intellectual wing of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Dattopant Thengadi Foundation, has undertaken in-depth research and analysis on these emerging ideological and practical issues.

Even the organized sector, including government and public sectors, has not remained untouched by these transformations. These changes have redefined workers’ rights and employment opportunities, highlighting the need for reforms in the current structure and role of trade unions.

At the same time, the WoW is undergoing core changes. On one hand, issues related to the unorganized sector are being addressed with priority, while on the other, the impact of AI and tech is beginning to reshape the nature of work. @virjeshupadhyay
