Wild times - got 90% of what we need in doc creation and eSig built by Claude Code in an afternoon. Will use @docusealco for eSig, I think

Any software I'm running into that puts their API/MCP behind an upgrade or enterprise gate I'm switching or building my own personal app to solve the problem If my agents can't work with your software we can't work with your software Looking at you @pandadoc

Intuitively it feels like we need more code. An entire industry has been trying to create more code to solve more problems which are not solved yet. We accepted imperfect code from humans. Let’s accept in perfect code from the new tool.

I've been using Claude Code heavily lately, and while doing so, I've been casually watching the OpenClaw codebase evolve. What I've witnessed mirrors a pattern I've seen play out with every agent framework before it — and it's worth talking about. OpenClaw is a remarkable

If you're paying for dictation software... why? https://t.co/TjWIotzS6S is free, includes excellent open source models, runs LOCALLY, works exactly the same as those apps charging a subscription and sending everything you say to the cloud.

One thing I'm realizing is rolling Openclaw out into a normal company is giving them the experience anyone who's worked with a really cracked dev team has felt before. Things get done superfast. New stuff just magically appears. It's very disorienting at first.

Block cutting 40% of their staff - white collar workers - due to AI is canary in the coal mine. I think demand will grow dramatically as a result of AI, all kinds of new jobs etc etc But lotta pain first.

Is anyone getting even decent results running @openclaw on Gemini, OpenAI or Grok? If I use those models it's like I fired a fully capable person and hired an absolute knucklehead.

I’ve read a LOT of drivel about Openclaw. And I’ve burned a billion tokens learning too. This is genuinely helpful AND not baity or misleading at all. Breath of f’ing fresh air. Even had the decency to mention a thing they built and NOT link it. Golf clap.

With @openclaw and Claude Code the primary skill I find myself looking for is AI adaptability. Someone capable of transferring 50 or 80% of their workload to an AI makes that person indispensable.

Couple thoughts on this, which I think is great. 1. Has anyone found good solution to Gemini / Grok not respecting these pre-prompt urls? 2. I'm putting this above the fold in my sites. It feels very human-centered, ironically. Makes life easier.

Where do I find my marketer peers using Claude Code to run everything? Cuz I’m doing that. The ROI is immeasurable.

Something I wanted to see if Claude Opus 4.5 could do: clone a fully functional Billion $ SAAS product and make it at least 100x cheaper. The first product that came to mind was TypeForm because it's very popular, very expensive, and in theory, very simple. The result is

What’s the read: can we teach this to the right candidate? It’s obviously learned in lots of cases. But does a small company have time to teach it?

Agency > Intelligence I had this intuitively wrong for decades, I think due to a pervasive cultural veneration of intelligence, various entertainment/media, obsession with IQ etc. Agency is significantly more powerful and significantly more scarce. Are you hiring for agency? Are

Big news: Replicate is joining Cloudflare. Replicate's going to carry on as a distinct brand, and all that will happen is that it’s going to get way better: it’ll be faster, we’ll have more resources, and it’ll integrate with the rest of Cloudflare’s Developer Platform.

it feels like we've reached the point where ~3mo after headline releases (Sora, Claude Code, etc) they are like 5x better and worth spending *all* your time on
