There are 3 types of people : 1)Those who don't do what they think is right, 2)those who do what they think is right but donot question their truths & 3)those who do what they think is right & question if their truth may be wrong. #1 = ineffective, #2= dangerous, #3 = impactful.

To be most impactful, one should engage in initiatives which multiply by themselves. That spiral effect will lead to grand effect, even if the initial impact is small. The challenge is to find such initiatives and then executing them. Can you think of any such ideas?
