It’s a basic lack of comms. Spoke to some lovely staff that had no idea what was to happen during the day. The app provides no information but then:

Is that why an Ultimate Access pass for today was so much cheaper because you kinda acknowledged the strike. Today the waits are extraordinary. The park was full the past few days so the numbers within the park is the same but the waits are so much longer. #disneylandparisstrike.

The Disney train works then doesn’t work. People join queues for experiences and then find out they have been cancelled. Staff have no idea and just apologise. I guess the strike is a problem but at least acknowledge it in your app and explain why things aren’t working @BBCNews.
