If we want more trans people to work in NHS we need to stop the atrocious ignorance from a minority of cisgender clinicians & managers in charge of certain services. The update to the

Our NHS should be place where clinical need is prioritised, care is person centred, access is equitable, experience is excellent, we communicate with language that is inclusive of all and the privacy, dignity and safety of everyone is respected.

People with well-controlled HIV have a normal life expectancy.
No evidence that COVID-19 outcomes are worse for PLWHIV.
Patients with well controlled HIV have similar intensive care outcomes to others.
HIV should not be a prognostic indicator for escalation of care.
