Around 2.4 million people in the UK are waiting for #cancer screenings, tests or treatment. @macmillancancer say urgent GP referrals have fallen by 76% and are calling for action. Beth Purvis from #Elsenham had her operation cancelled and now her cancer is deemed as “incurable”.
