Interesting…I point out a flaw in @CharlesMBrenner reasoning ie letting him know that higher linoleic acid levels associating with better outcomes is likely due to reverse causation and cite references to support this and instead of wanting to learn more he *UNFOLLOWS ME*.

Liposomal creatine does NOT improve its absorption or reduce bloating because creatine is already well absorbed, and the thing that causes side effects (the osmotic effect) happens before liposomes could ever make a difference. There’s ZERO evidence for Liposomal creatine…just

High linoliec acid may absolutely be a cause of cancer. Linoliec acid oxidizes in our stomach to lipid hydroperoxides and aldehydes which are genotoxic. All tissues and lipoproteins are more susceptible to oxidation if they contain more linoleic acid. Linoleic acid in

"If the “requirement” for choline is taken as that level of choline which is necessary to reduce level of liver fat to a minimum, results of this study indicate that rats fed on diets containing 30% of butter fat have a higher “requirement” for choline than those receiving 30% of

In studies comparing seed oils versus animal fats, high refined carbohydrate intakes bias the results in favor of seed oils because long-chain saturated fats have lower oxidation rates than polyunsaturated fats. This means that when combined with high carbs, saturated fats from

Regarding ApoB as being a risk factor for CV disease... I am very much under the impression that the risk with ApoB is largely driven by ApoB particles that are 1.) Carrying high amounts of linoleic acid, and 2.) Lacking antioxidants like ubiquinol, lutein, zeaxanthin,

Eating healthy isn’t dieting… It’s eating the way humans always did. We only call it a “diet” because junk food became the norm. Somehow sickness is normal, and health looks like discipline. Healthy eating isn’t weird… it’s the reset button.

Eating healthy isn’t dieting; it’s the default setting we drifted away from. Just because eating fake food is now normal, doesn’t mean eating real food is “extreme”. No wonder people think wellness is a project. Going back to basics isn’t restrictive. It’s the most human
