There is a 'yassified' look these programs give women only and although it is hilarious on the surface to observe I can't shake the underlying concern that this reveals a lot about the real priorities of who has been using AI and why they actually use it.

I'm not sure whether there is variation in this across AI image generators or if it is deliberate on the part of the prompt-jockey but the 'look' they give women really makes me think that the genesis of these programs was to mostly create deepfake porn.

Obviously it goes without saying that this slop is hugely disrespectful to Fortiche and Riot and horrifically ugly but the thing I'm most disturbed by is the homogeneous pornified look AI seems to automatically give to only women. (1) #Arcane

I think this is applicable to art as well. I recognize each individual will receive feedback differently and we must be mindful of that. But your responsibility as someone in a leadership position is to be thoughtful and to build up those who come to you seeking your help.

If you would rather not help build up those around you by being inspiring/ encouraging them, then you don't belong in a leadership/teaching position. Or rather you had better get used to the people around you deciding to care a whole lot less about the work they give you.

I worked here as a concept artist. The whole team is incredible but our now ex-boss is a disgusting person. I don't believe he ever intended to pay us. He lied about absolutely everything, and now is trying to erase himself from the internet so he can get away with it.
