I thanked him for his hard work in my garden and he stayed with me a while. It was quieter, more peaceful. I can’t wait to see him again tomorrow. I swear everyone should have a garden.

Thing without going out to bother him. But I woke up late this morning and we were in the garden at the same time. Being out there with him was a different experience. I felt incredibly grateful to share the space with him even though I’m jumpy around flying bugs.

Not art related but: . I recently had one singular bumblebee start to visit my cucumber plants every morning. Normally, the little guy shows up after I water my plants (I’ll be honest I’m a little shy of bugs) so I normally let him do his-.

People think they want to learn to draw. What they actually want is to learn how to express themselves feely.

One day you'll find a patron to adopt, feed, water and house you rent free too.

Make art like you're a cat. Spend most of your time in the shadows, observing. When it's time to draw. pounce! Move quick, let instinct drive you, stop overthinking. Your body knows what to do. After your creative burst, take a really long nap to prepare for tomorrow.
