@Lufthansa_USA The customer care hung up on me when I asked the name to be tagged here and refused to connect me with their manager. This is shame shame . Never gonna travel Lufthansa again if this is the service provided. .

@Lufthansa_USA @Lufthansa_USA you changed the aircraft not me so I should not paying extra for bassinet seat. This is such a shame that you are holding your business class customers at the hostage and putting mother under stress to carry her infant for over 8 hours without a bassinet seat.

She is also travelling with another child. When I called business class customer care they said I will have to pay extra as all bassinet seats on new aircraft are paid. @Lufthansa_USA changed the aircraft and my wife s seat and now demand more money to have bassinet seat.

Such a shame @Lufthansa_USA @lufthansa @lufthansaNews @Lufthansa_DE @LufthansaLatina @Lufthansa_BR @Lufthansa_India . I booked a Business class seat with bassinet from Munich to Charlotte. Lufthansa decides to change the aircraft to Allergis and changes my wife’s seat no bassinet.
