Our new editorial features 8 exceptional papers on the regulation of the gut microbiome by fruits, veg, & dietary fibre, and the underlying molecular mechanisms of action, with an emphasis on developing novel pre, pro, & postbiotic interventions for various health applications.

Our latest collaborative paper with colleagues from USyd, UTS, UNSW, UWindsor & Xiamen Uni reports the transmembrane chloride properties and strong antiproliferative activity of platinum-based complexes against cisplatin-resistant adenocarcinoma cell lines.

Our latest paper in @FoodRSC reports the broad-spectrum pharmacological activity of two lesser-explored Australian native fruits native currant and lemon aspen using different cellular models. We also characterised the most active fruit extracts using LCMS.
