A piece of history from Parkland. One of my favorites memories from med school was listening to Dr. Robert McClelland recount the story of taking care of President Kennedy.
This wasn't part of the recent document release, but here is JFK's H&P note from Parkland Hospital. Kennedy had: - an endotracheal tube passed through his tracheal injury - Saphenous and antecubital vein cutdowns - bilateral chest tubes - resuscitation time was 17 minutes

I’m amazed how much Thrombectomy devices have improved over the last several years. This one is with @InariMedical Flowtriever. Unable to clear the thrombus with another device but flowtriever pulled this out along with some chronic fibrous material in two suctions
