@CarrierMideaInd We are just about to complete four months after the issue and till date, the @CarrierMideaInd customer care didnt call or ask what is happening. All they do is forwarding the emails to the agency against which we are complaining.

@CarrierMideaInd .A day after installation someone from Carrier called and I asked them for a call back as I was busy. But no one called back. No follow-up. I tried reaching, nothing happened. Hence, i started the email complaint.

@CarrierMideaInd .15. Gave a note/certificate that the copper cable is missing. But no such provision in Amazon to upload and claim. (Gave the note after 1.5 months of purchase).16. Till date the problem is not solved!.

@CarrierIndia .13. Another mechanic from the same group and found issue all the charged measurements. 14. Based on the revised measurement, the authorised agency group was ready to pay for few but not all (copper cable missing from the box suggesting to check with Amazon).

@CarrierMideaInd .11. Got a call from a girl claiming Carrier representative, turned out to be a Carrier authorised mechanic for installation (the agency who sent the mechanic for installation, basically the fraud mechanic team) .12. I asked for a visit from Carrier to check.

@CarrierMideaInd .8. GST Flat 18% on total cost!.9. Didn't give any invoice and any mentioning that the copper wire is missing in the box (for claiming from amazon vendor as he mentioned) .10. Filed a compliant with customer care on 17Apr.

5. Mentioned copper wire and wire cable is missing in the box and asked for additional payment (link to P.No4).6. Claimed used 5.5m of copper wire, 5.5m of cable, drain pipe 16m and so on.7. Total bill - 12K. For a 40K AC, installation charge is 12K.@CarrierMideaInd.
