I am rrmiscencing my hardest winter ever.. two years ago the house was unifished and we had a really cold winter. Temps around -30°C for months. Inside the house it was -15°C at wors, at best I managed to heat it a bit above zero..

Incredibly tasty! Root vegetables from the root cellar and a spoonful of sour cream. Carrots, onions, potatoes, beetroots and fermented cucumbers. Simple. Homegrown. Cheap.

Internet rage stems from being isolated. If you bump into somebody on a street, you apologise and the other person says oh no big deal. If you cut in front of somebody in traffic, people get really aggressive. Because there is no physical contact.
