Update to my shoulder/back acne question I had for @DrBretEHO and @CoffeeBlackMD . Started using Cetaphil face wash on my shoulders and back. Almost, ALMOST instantly, they dried up. Waited a couple weeks to make sure it was a stable fix. It’s worked wonders so far….
