The Problem: mappers can't finish maps. The Effect: map quality degrades. The Reason: - Mappers use Internet. - Internet users can't focus. - Mappers can't focus on finishing maps. - Number of maps decrease. - Result: there are less good maps. - Hence: declined map quality.
