Being on hold for more than 40 mins is poor. 📞 Not being able to make an online account yourself and link it with an existing policy number is plain stupid. Then to round if off, making the car renewal price go up by 40%... @DirectLine #LostACustomer

Pro tip: if you are on stage with a dj and want to make a request, you can add it to the cue list by pressing the cue button on the playing deck which will bring up a song selection menu for you to choose your song.
