Slowing it down with recreational dives in Florida. Colorful coral heads, massive giant barrel sponges, and Caribbean-style reef life everywhere, full of shelter, food, and surprises. Who’s adding Florida to their dive list? #scuba #diving #Florida

Exploring a wreck isn't the time for sloppy skills. Slow finning and constant scanning keep us streamlined and prevent silt-outs. Control your breathing, control the dive. ⚓️🤿#WreckDiving #scuba #Florida

Before the descent comes the discipline. Laying line, checking gear, and slowing everything down before a technical dive in Florida. Tech diving isn’t about speed — it’s about precision, planning, and trust in your training. 🤿🪢#ScubaLife #DiveSkills #BuoyancyControl

Encounters like this with the gentle giants remind us why we protect what we dive.

100s of Manatees putting on a show this morning!! The air was 20°, but the water was still a spring-like 72° (as it always is) in Three Sisters Springs in Crystal River. #manatees #florida

Florida reminded us why we love both sides of diving. Recreational dives for fun. Technical dives for focus and precision. This time, it's all about the approach, swim in, getting oriented, dialing in buoyancy, and letting the wreck slowly reveal itself from a distance. ⚓️🤿

Business with pleasure after the DEMA Show 2025 — learning on land, exploring underwater afterwards. That’s the kind of work we love. Here are some clips from our wreck-diving trip in Florida. 🤿 Drop👌in the comment if you were in Florida for DEMA 2025.🌊 #scuba #diving

Our diving journey didn’t move in a straight line. It started with shaky basics, small wins, and a lot of learning. Once we focused on mastering fundamentals, doors opened. Now we’re mixing recreational + technical dives. If you’re new: don’t stop. 🤿 #scuba #diving

Seeing a 20ft legend like this is a total bucket-list moment, and the awe is 100% real. However, as much as we want to connect with these marine animals, the best way to show respect is to keep our hands to ourselves. Look, but don't touch, is always the golden rule for divers.

PSA: Ever feel your BCD slip? Those integrated weights might be the culprit, especially on dive two. A little pre-dive check can save the day. Seen this happen? #ScubaTips

Biggest takeaway from our journey? Start with the basics. Lessons and certifications aren’t boxes to check — they’re what unlock control, confidence, and better dives. The more solid your foundation, the more the ocean opens up. Where did you earn your first cert? 🤿 #scuba

Why wait until you're 60 feet underwater to find a problem? And that old "quarter turn" on the tank valve? Totally outdated. Open it all the way for steady air! #scubadiving

Palau is where our love for scuba started. We had our 1st dive training, fixed our buoyancy— with better control and an incredible environment, a whole new world opened up. We almost quit. We’re glad we didn’t. What helped you push through a challenging phase in diving?🤿 #scuba

Buddy checks aren't just procedure—they're a critical safety net. It's about catching what's missed. “Can't stress enough” the importance of those pre-dive checks. Seen this? #ScubaDiving #SafetyFirst

We didn’t fall in love with scuba right away. Warm-water certs, a few trips, and a lot of bad buoyancy and shaky skills. We even wondered if diving just wasn’t for us… or if we should stick to trails and snow. Who can relate to this?🤿 #scuba101 #Diving

BCD inflation/deflation testing: more than a formality. Critical for buoyancy control. Confirm proper air flow, and that the overpressure relief valve works. Don't skip it! #scubadiving

Attaching a first stage to a tank valve? Remember: secure, but don't over-tighten! Aim for "finger tight" – enough resistance, but still some movement. Over-tightening makes removal a pain later. #diving #Scuba
