Everyone commenting "remove them atp". It's gutted for mid-top, but it's a buff for Jungle & Support, not sure these roles needed a buff but at least the item is saner than the old Mobis.

April Fools used to be less obvious.
Please stop rushing this item 2nd/3rd. I get that you want less cooldowns but having no damage makes them worthless. You could be dealing 70-80% more damage if you just get an IE/LDR in its place. Everytime my ADC builds this we have to wait 20 mins until they're relevant again
