Totally. Despite being medicated, I still experience time blindness—but at least meds help me stay focused. What I do now is make a list of tasks organized by level of complexity/tasks that will help others move along more efficiently. Helps a LOT.
If you’re #ADHD and/or #ActuallyAutistic What’s your experience of time like? . For me — it’s a very abstract thing and blurs at the edges of “today.”. Even today, what time I do things doesn’t matter nearly as much as the order I do them in & I often lose track of time.
