I need ed nerds. I eat 600 calories a day out of fear of weight gain cause my hasimotos and graves disease. I used to have 3000 calories to maintain, and I've lost 10+ lbs on 600 calories for a month (with some huge binges here and there) Can I bump up to 1200 without getting FAT

I had rlly bad stomach, chest, and back pain and was very dehydrated. I was vomiting every 30 minutes and that'd make the pain go down for abt 5 minutes and then it'd come back. I also couldn't drink water without vomiting. Now I still can't eat or drink much without nausea.
