I asked what he left on the cutting room floor - "Not much he said" . He went on to say that he has meticulously put into the footnotes and bibliography all the open questions, "work-in-progress" and controversies. Many happy hours to be spent chasing threads there.

Its a great read, engaging story, well researched tale about the neglected scope of Indian influence on the world through the centuries centered on its extensive maritime trading networks starting with the Indus Valley, through the 1st-5th century and into the medieval period.

Looks like LinkedIn turned on this “feature” a year ago. If you didn’t have MFA on, this message was for you. These kinds of features and account recovery flows remain the soft underbelly for securing logins.
First of all, why are @LinkedIn sending legit emails that read like scam emails ("Prevent anybody else from account"). Secondly, how would changing my LinkedIn PW help when this was an attempt to use a one-time link?
