Your approach to life changes when you understand that people's reactions to you have nothing to do with you, and everything to do with their internal states. Most people are hurt children acting from a place of ego.

Unmade decisions gather dust like a gift never unwrapped. Indecisiveness, examined deeply, reveals an internal struggle between the desire for control and the fear of consequences. No decision is perfect. There are decisions you make and the person you become through making them.

Postponing a choice rarely solves analysis paralysis. It often amplifies anxiety. The antidote to chronic indecisiveness is not to gather more information. It's to clarify your values. The goal is not to check every box. It's to find an option that meets your top priorities.

It takes a lifetime to learn that over-planning and over-designing is often just over-thinking, or plain old procrastination. Sideline the pen & paper, roll up your sleeve and relish the accomplishment, however small.

There is a thin, intelligent line between patience and paralysis, and discerning that line is a life skill of the highest order. Some choices require stillness. Some decisions mature like fruit and must be waited upon with discernment.

As the world becomes hyper dependent on the AI mother cloud of intelligence for their thinking, having contrarian and independent thinking will provide the alpha.

You wake up every day and become yesterday's version of yourself. Break this cycle or nothing changes. Embrace evolution over repetition.

Petrichor and Pulchritude are turning out to be two of my favorite words. Petrichor — smell of the first rain. Pulchritude — from latin ‘pulcher’, meaning ‘beautiful.’ Beauty where you would least expect it, hidden in a word that sounds like a belch or signifies a skin infection.

You’re not avoiding change. You’re avoiding abandonment. The nervous system doesn’t fear growth. It fears what growth might cost:. - Losing who you were.- Getting noticed . You’re not sabotaging. You’re protecting. Perspective lends an interesting angle to how we see "change.".

Inevitably people will mess up, say things they regret, and be a lesser version of themselves. Because their human. But even this teaches a powerful lesson: that we all make mistakes. And even more importantly— life goes on.
