Look at the parade of jeering, obscenities, and idiocies following this comment. This is what X has become. Left or right, it doesn't matter. Why do people continue to waste their time in this hateful swamp? .(A gentle suggestion: S*bstack's "Notes" is X minus the madness.).

The PM should invite Mark Carney for an official visit and address to Parliament before Trump’s visit. It would show Britain backs Canada against Trump’s damaging trade war. Now is the time to stand with the Commonwealth, not stand in Trump’s shadow like Nigel Farage.

The simplest way to test for bias is to reverse the political polarity and ask if this person would say the same thing. And if those involved had been woke leftists, my guess is the likes of @stephen_taylor would be furious.

With very few exceptions (the great @CliffordAsness being one), the people with immense quantities of FU money in the second Trump era are the most likely to turn into cringing lickspittles. What's the point of having FU money if it makes you too afraid to say "FU"?.
For me, one of the main benefits of making some money is not having to wear a gimp suit for anybody. To each his own.
