id beg to differ on race and gender. there are a lot of people that struggle to find their footing in this space explicitly because of these factors. crypto, like its tech and finance predecessors, is sadly still homogeneous in a way that benefits certain races and sexes.
The crypto space doesn’t really care what race you are, or if you are female or male, if you are pseudonymous. Most do not know me at all. But my identity is well known, and my chances are 1000X what it could be in the traditional world.
