By day 3, the core app was ready:.Home with daily quote + streak + CTA.Emergency tools (breathing, focus music, cold shower log).Journal with tag-based logs.Badge system with progress logic.Feed with motivational articles.

@cursor_ai deserves a huge shoutout here. I never lost track of files, and could jump into any view + ask ChatGPT:.“What’s missing here?”.It remembered what we were building and kept improving the UX with me. Felt like pair-programming, but super fast.

One of the smoothest things:.🧠 I never had to overthink architecture. I’d say “Make it SwiftData” — and it built a streak manager, journal entries, calendar logs, etc. Even the color adaptation for tab bars in dark mode worked like magic.

No overplanning. Just build-as-you-go. I’d say “Add an Emergency Kit” → got timers, sound players, animations. “Make a calendar with logs” → done. “Support dark/light/system mode” → prompt ready. Even localization? Just said "Japanese too" — handled. 💨.

Every time I moved to a new screen — Home, Journal, Calendar, etc. — I’d just ask:.“Give me a prompt for this tab with good UI and my app’s color theme.”.It built clean SwiftUI views, smart UX, and even gave badge ideas like:.“30 Days — Discipline Seeker” ✅.
