Iād love to see @TUIUK open source their seat allocation allocation algorithm for Customers who donāt pay for allocated seats. Party of 3. Rows 10, 20 and 30. Aisle, middle, aisle. Start to change your seats? Lose your original free seats and now youāre forced to pay Ā£30. TF.

We travel often. Weāre being gouged here. No choice but to pay for seats that donāt offer additional legroom etc. but are just āon the same planeā. Awful Customer Experience so far. Please advise.
